Job Description:
Ensure that all Account Set-up requests received thru various channels from respective clients before the cut off time are assigned daily to the team within the specified time-frames.
- Ensure jobs assigned during rotation exercise are also completed within agreed time frames and with required accuracy levels.
- Ensure checking process for all pre-defined activities is done on time in order to maintain accuracy.
- Verify the check list maintained by the team to ensure there are no miss outs.
- Merchant Onboarding & Amendment setups checking.
- Analyze and solve customer queries.
- Monitor and follow up pending issues.
- Meeting TAT & SLA.
- Ensure that there is no impact to BAU in the absence of Manager and process is not impaired.
- Query handling from various internal / externals teams/ clients.
- Ensure that process documents are followed by the team to avoid any miss outs the daily BAU activities.
- Ensure that the daily check list is maintained and followed to avoid any miss outs.
- Verify the daily MIS updated by the team to ensure accuracy to avoid any mismatch in the unit capacity plan.
