Quirk Auto Dealerships is happy to announce that we currently have an exciting opportunity to begin a career at the best dealership group in New England! We are currently looking to fill the position of an Aftersales Coordinator to support our sales department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced automotive environment, is organization, and is comfortable communicating with both customers and financial institutions. If this is you, then we want to speak with you regarding a career in automotive sales.
Key Required Proficiencies:
- Assist customers with questions regarding paperwork, warranties, and other after-sale items
- Help resolve outstanding issues professionally and maintain a positive customer experience after the vehicle has been delivered
- Maintain consistent communication between customers, management, lenders, and internal departments until each transaction is complete.
- Follow up with customers after delivery when additional signatures, documents, or information are required.
Preferred Skills:
- Automotive dealership, banking, finance, administrative, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to follow up consistently and resolve missing paperwork/ funding issues.
- Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership management systems and lender systems.
- Must have a flexible work schedule and have the ability to work days, nights and weekends
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a background check, including but not limited to, a criminal record check, physical and drug screen and motor vehicle records check (if applicable to position).
