Job Description
- Definition, implementation & alignment of ASA (Aftersales) hub strategy in line with Hub sales strategy & GT-ASA strategy
- Implementing new service offers and business models
- Developing of ASA activities, aligning with GT in region
- Full responsibility of P&L of GT-ASA including sales and EBIT targets, c-budget management
- Leadership & target setting for ASA team in hub
- SP price management,
- Close cooperation with LOG in the Hub
- Monitor, improve and if required extend existing Service Network (BSCs and external service centers) while ensuring Bosch standards of Service and sufficient spare parts coverage
- Monitor monthly ASA KPIs by region/country to ensure customer satisfaction
- Relationship management & process alignment with all Power Tools divisions regarding warranty execution and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor & Master degree in business or engineering
- > 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing or After Sales Service
- Experience in Industrial products market. (as a preference on several markets in region)
- Fluent in English, as advantage 2nd regional language
- Readiness for up to 50% travel time
