About the Role
As our Affiliates and Partnership Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with our Affiliate Marketing Manager and the wider Ooni Digital Marketing team to scale the growth of our affiliate network and explore partnership opportunities. You will play a key role in managing the affiliate program's day-to-day operations and implementing growth strategies across various markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual to enter the pizza world and play their part in enabling content creators to share the joy of the Ooni brand and pizza.
This is a hybrid role where you'll spend 2 to 3 days per week working from our office at Edinburgh Park.
What you'll do:

• Execute the daily operations of the affiliate program, such as onboarding new partners, ensuring partner retention, and maintaining all day-to-day email communications with affiliates and media partners
• Implement and oversee all outreach and growth activities following the affiliate strategy
• Reporting responsibilities, including monthly and quarterly reports, plus ad-hoc reporting for completed affiliate projects or gifting/paid opportunities
• Content coordination with existing and new partners, including logging and tracking data from respective content creators and assisting with optimising affiliate performance
• Ensure all internal Notion trackers and pages are kept up to date
• Manage and implement the affiliate program content competition, including newsletter communications and Shopify website updates
• Work with other departments (Performance, Brand, PR and Creative) within the business to ensure that affiliate marketing is integrated across teams and assist with any affiliate-related tasks
• Support the team with analysis of campaigns and plan conversion optimisation strategies

What we're looking for:

• 1+ year experience in a role that engages with multiple individual relationships, ideally including influencers, ambassadors or affiliate marketing
• Strong communication skills, spoken and written, whilst having a keen eye for detail, correct spelling and grammar are critical to this position
• Ambitious, driven, self-motivated, and proactive in your approach to work. Confidence in managing projects on your own
• Comfortable with a highly fast-paced working environment
• A data-driven approach to analysing and reporting on performance
• Experience using Awin (or any other affiliate network), SemRush and GA4 would be advantageous
• Experience in various digital marketing channels would be an advantage, but it's not essential
