AffiniPay is seeking an experienced and dynamic Affiliate Manager to lead the growth of our affiliate and referral/partnership programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing affiliate networks such as Impact, Everflow, or PartnerStack, and possess strong relationship management skills. You will play a critical role in driving revenue by overseeing affiliate campaigns, nurturing affiliate and partner relationships, and managing reviews and partnerships with Software Advice, G2, Trustpilot, and other key review platforms.

As an Affiliate Manager, you will collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure our programs align with the broader company growth objectives. This role is essential in scaling our performance marketing efforts and expanding our presence in the legal and professional services sectors.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow AffiniPay's affiliate marketing program.
  • Oversee affiliate platforms such as Impact, Everflow, and PartnerStack, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliates and partners, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate on overall strategy for our commission tiers aligned to our growth initiatives and value impact
  • Provide support and direction on our referral programs, maximizing impact and value to grow our overall referral network and initiatives 
  • Monitor affiliate activity, identify areas of improvement, and implement best practices to drive performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling offers and promotional content for affiliates.
  • Analyze data and report on affiliate performance, making strategic recommendations to improve results.
  • Build and manage relationships with key review platforms such as Software Advice, G2, Trustpilot, and others.
  • Optimize partnerships with review sites to maximize visibility, positive reviews, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent representation across all partner sites.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and leverage insights to drive competitive advantage.
  • Work with the demand generation, content, and product marketing teams to ensure affiliate efforts align with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to leverage affiliate and review platform insights to drive lead generation and conversions.
  • Ensure that all affiliate and partner communications reflect the AffiniPay brand, voice, and compliance standards.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience managing affiliate programs and partnerships within the technology, fintech, or SaaS industry.
  • Proven success managing affiliate platforms like Impact, Everflow, or PartnerStack.
  • Strong experience working with review platforms like Software Advice, G2, and Trustpilot.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics, reporting, and optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency with affiliate marketing tools and platforms.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Creative problem solver with a growth mindset.
