We are looking for an Affiliate Partnerships Lead to join our groundbreaking dating app that embraces a sex-positive approach and places a strong emphasis on the safety and comfort of our women users.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate & CPA partnership strategy aligned with business goals
    • Build and manage a direct affiliate program, onboarding high-quality publishers and partners
    • Recruit, negotiate, and onboard new affiliates, influencers, and traffic partners across multiple verticals
    • Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate traffic performance (CPI, CPA, CPL, LTV, ROI, etc.)
    • Establish long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates to ensure ongoing success
    • Monitor and optimize affiliate performance, adjusting commissions and incentives based on results
    • Ensure fraud prevention and quality control by actively monitoring traffic sources
    • Analyze affiliate ROI and campaign effectiveness to drive data-informed decisions

    We expect from you:

    • "Deep understanding of affiliate marketing models (CPA, CPL, RevShare, Hybrid)
    • Experience with performance marketing strategies for affiliates & partners
    • Familiarity with major CPA networks
    • Experience managing direct affiliate programs and working with CPA networks
    • Strong knowledge of traffic sources (SEO, PPC, social, influencer, email, arbitrage)
    • Ability to analyze and optimize conversion funnels for partner-driven traffic
    • Experience in A/B testing and CRO (conversion rate optimization) for affiliate-driven traffic
    • Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms (HasOffers/Tune, Everflow, Impact, PartnerStack, Post Affiliate Pro)
    • Knowledge of tracking and attribution (UTMs, postbacks, S2S tracking, API integrations)
    • Ability to monitor affiliate traffic quality and detect fraudulent activity"
