JOB MISSION:
We are looking for a skilled and driven Affiliate Marketing and Partnership Manager to lead and grow our Affiliate Marketing initiatives while building and managing strategic partnerships.
Reporting to the EMEA Senior Marketing Manager, Paid Media, this person will be responsible and accountable for the total Affiliate marketing budget, combining leadership and strategy with analytical insight and marketing insight to optimise affiliate programs, foster long lasting partnerships, and deliver measurable results.
The role is responsible for a small team of Affiliate Marketers as well as the agency. You will also be tasked with driving the strategic direction and operations of the EMEA affiliate channel, ensuring continuous optimisation and growth. Creation of the roadmap, management and growing of relationships with key partners, and being data and results driven will be key to the success of this position.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for affiliate marketing and partnerships in line with revenue and growth objectives.
Collaborating with Trading, Operations, Analytics and CRM teams to integrate ecommerce priorities to the affiliate strategy.
Collaborating with leadership and PR, Brand, performance Marketing teams to align on the right content to push, for the right audiences.
Identify and actively recruit new affiliate partners, innovate on new affiliate strategies.
Testing, reporting, optimising, and analysing channel performance to identify key levers and opportunities for improvements.
Manage Affiliate partnerships, from commercial negotiations to campaign execution, ensuring results towards to setting up KPIs.
Drive innovation and top industry best practices to the channel.
Manage the Affiliate Marketing and the PR Agency, review weekly reports and take actions based on those insights.
Develop and monitor affiliate promotions, ensuring best site placements and maximum exposure for maximum return.
Report on the performance metrics, providing actionable insights and identifying growth opportunities across all affiliate and partner programs.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
Relevant number of years of experience directly managing affiliate partnerships and working with affiliate networks.
Experience in managing a small team of marketing professionals.
A deep understanding of data driven strategies and tools, as well as the ability to interpret analytics for strategic improvements.
Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools (e.g. GA360), but also any affiliate platforms.
Strategic approach with the ability to balance big picture thinking and attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Experience working with product feeds.
Excellent presentation skills, ability to communicate your ideas and convince an audience using data and visual storytelling.
Agile and proactive approach, with an ability to respond to changing market conditions and consumer behaviour.
Fluent in English, and other European languages are an advantage.
Clear understanding of, and passion for, sneaker/fashion/youth culture and sports and a natural brand guardian.
Ability to travel 10%.
