Job Summary: 
The Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Manager will build and manage strategic partnerships with affiliates and influencers to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition for HungerRush. This role will focus on identifying high-impact partners, managing campaigns, and measuring program success to grow our footprint in the restaurant technology industry. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Affiliate Program Management: 
  • Develop and grow HungerRush’s affiliate marketing program, recruiting new partners and nurturing existing relationships. 
  • Define program goals, structure, and incentives to attract high-performing affiliates. 
  • Lead contract/payment negotiations with performance related SLAs. 
  • Monitor affiliate performance, ensuring partners meet quality standards and ROI expectations. 
  • Influencer Strategy and Execution: 
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers, including restaurant owners, industry experts, and content creators, to promote HungerRush solutions. 
  • Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging content that highlights the value of HungerRush’s products and services. 
  • Manage contracts, negotiations, and deliverables for influencer partnerships. 
  • Campaign Development: 
  • Design and execute affiliate and influencer campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate campaigns across digital channels, events, and other initiatives. 
  • Create and deliver marketing assets, tracking links, and campaign materials to partners. 
  • Performance Tracking and Optimization: 
  • Accountable for pipeline (lead generation) targets from Affiliates and Influencers. 
  • Use analytics tools to track affiliate and influencer program performance, identifying opportunities for improvement. 
  • Provide regular reports on metrics such as partner performance, traffic, lead generation, and ROI. 
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights, testing new strategies and tactics for growth. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: 
  • Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to align messaging and identify potential partners. 
  • Work closely with the content and digital teams to ensure cohesive branding and campaign execution. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or similar roles, preferably in SaaS or B2B industries. 
  • Proven ability to recruit, manage, and scale affiliate and influencer programs. 
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills. 
  • Experience with performance tracking tools and affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, PartnerStack, or similar). 
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization. 
  • Creative thinker with the ability to craft compelling campaigns and partner pitches.

This role is essential in amplifying HungerRush’s reach, creating meaningful partnerships, and driving growth through innovative affiliate and influencer strategies.
