Manage four functional leads, own forecasting/scheduling, QA frameworks, automation roadmap, knowledge management, and executive reporting to improve service levels, staffing accuracy, QA consistency, and new-hire proficiency.

Manage full-cycle SMB/mid-market SaaS sales for independent restaurants: prospect, discover, negotiate, close, and hand off to post-sales. Use consultative, value-based selling to build pipeline, meet revenue targets, maintain CRM forecasting, and represent the company professionally.

Hunt and close new restaurant customers (1-25 locations) for HungerRush 360. Prospect, conduct discovery, deliver demos, manage full sales cycle, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, and exceed sales targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Provide bilingual (English/Mandarin) inbound and outbound phone support for restaurants and customers, manage CRM tickets, perform minor troubleshooting, route issues, document communications, and complete clerical tasks during evening shifts.

Provide bilingual (Thai/English) inbound and outbound customer support for restaurant customers: handle calls, CRM tickets, basic troubleshooting, account/menu updates, routing issues, and clerical documentation during evening shifts (CST).

Manage and coach a 24/7 Technical Support team handling inbound calls and emails. Oversee performance via Zendesk audits, scheduling, escalations, training, SOPs, incident management, and interdepartmental communication. Provide coverage during shortages, weekends, and holidays. Collaborate with HR on hiring and retention to maintain service quality.

Lead roadmap for online ordering, restaurant marketing tools, and consumer insights. Define metrics, run discovery and A/B tests, write clear requirements, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive order growth and repeat visits.

Lead and develop a team of 8–10 Account Executives to meet ARR quotas through hiring, ramp programs, coaching, data-driven performance management, forecasting, cross-functional coordination, and operational problem solving to improve pipeline, conversions, and time-to-go-live.
