Prospect and acquire new restaurant customers (1-25 units) for HungerRush 360 through outbound lead generation, discovery, demos, negotiation, and full sales-cycle management while maintaining pipeline in Salesforce and collaborating cross-functionally to meet sales targets.

Manage a portfolio of restaurant customers post-sale to drive adoption, retention, and growth. Build trusted advisor relationships, deliver data-driven success plans, monitor account health, identify upsell opportunities, mitigate churn, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with Sales, Support, and Product.

Provide remote phone-based technical support for HungerRush POS systems, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, Windows, software, networking, and POS issues. Manage high-volume inbound cases, document ticket activity, escalate when needed, maintain shift availability, follow SOPs, and collaborate cross-functionally to minimize restaurant downtime and optimize customer satisfaction.

Provide bilingual (Thai/English) inbound and outbound customer support for restaurant accounts: handle calls, CRM tickets, minor troubleshooting, route issues, document correspondence, and perform clerical duties during evening shifts.

The GTM Engineer at Menufy will develop and integrate data systems, drive go-to-market strategies, enhance campaign intelligence using AI, and analyze revenue metrics while collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

Provide bilingual (English/Mandarin) inbound/outbound phone and ticket support for restaurant customers: account changes, minor menu updates, order inquiries, basic troubleshooting, routing tickets, documenting communications, and clerical tasks. Work afternoon-to-evening CST shifts.
