Overview of the role:

We are searching for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our expanding affiliate team in the sports betting & gaming sector. Betfair is a leading operator in the local market and this role will be a key player to expanding our affiliate network; through building strong partner relationships and making data led decisions. This role provides an opportunity for an experienced and versatile professional to make a big contribution to the growth of our affiliate marketing campaigns.

Our new Sao Paulo workspace is the perfect place for team collaboration and individual growth. It is located in the Paulista neighbourhood with great transport links across the city and exciting working environment. This role will be part of our hybrid working environment with a blend of time in the office and from home.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and implement team objectives to achieve affiliate program goals.

• Regularly evaluate the affiliate program’s performance, utilizing data to pinpoint trends and areas for enhancement.

• Proactively recruit new affiliates partnerships, manage budgets, and drive program growth.

• Work closely with management to develop and oversee deal structures to acquire and retain affiliates.

• Forge and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, offering support and resources to optimize their performance.

• Collaborate with various departments to align affiliate marketing strategies with broader company goals.

• Ensure the program adheres to legal and regulatory standards, maintaining compliance and managing risks.

• Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

What you’ll bring:

• Substantial experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or SEO.

• Fluent English speaking, both verbal & written.

• Proficient in affiliate marketing covering a broad range of affiliate type (SEO, Paid Search, Social, Content)

• Experienced with data analysis, and budget management.

• Skilled in creating outreach strategies and managing relationships across platforms.

• Experience in developing reward structures and managing contract compliance.

• Understanding of different affiliate marketing models (CPA/CPL etc..)

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with collaborators.

• Commitment to ethical promotion and adherence to industry regulations.

• Sports Betting experience preferred, not essential, but a passion for sports/ sports betting category is expected.

• This role requires a proactive approach to growing and optimizing the affiliate program, ensuring its alignment with our business goals while fostering a positive and productive relationship with affiliates.
