About the Role:

Remitly is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Associate, who will report to our Affiliate Marketing Manager, to be part of our dynamic Growth Marketing Team. You'll fuel our customer acquisition efforts through innovative partner and affiliate marketing strategies.

You'll collaborate across teams, work with exciting partners, and have the freedom to bring new ideas to life in a company that values creativity and continuous improvement. This a hybrid role that requires 2-3 days onsite at our Seattle, WA headquarters.

You Will:

  • Identify, recruit and manage new affiliates, content creators and partners.
  • Research to provide insights and recommendations on new partnership opportunities to help us scale partnerships into new target audiences and verticals.
  • Build and maintain relationships to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives, track, and analyze the performance of partner optimization campaigns.
  • Help to build and maintain marketing collaterals and promotional materials for our affiliate partners so they can share Remitly to their customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal and Security, to ensure all affiliate activities are fully compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the affiliate team.

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or business development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify affiliate trends and new opportunities.
  • Business development experience building, nurturing and maintaining relationships with partners.
  • Experience conducting affiliate keyword research and identifying content gaps
  • Fluency in another language is a plus, Spanish in particular

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $68,000-$80,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
