Impact Scale LLC is seeking an analytical and relationship-driven Affiliate Manager to oversee the setup, optimization, and performance of our partner network accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and testing affiliate campaigns, troubleshooting technical tracking configurations, and nurturing high-value network partnerships. The ideal candidate blends technical platform curiosity with warm people skills to scale our distribution networks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign & Link Engineering:Set up, test, and optimize campaign links, tracking parameters, cookies, and redirects within our internal tracking software.

  • Traffic Triage:Monitor network traffic caps to ensure campaigns run efficiently, and communicate real-time offer adjustments to the appropriate internal teams.

  • Technical Troubleshooting:Identify, isolate, and resolve tracking errors, pixel discrepancies, or platform performance issues.

  • Network BD & Onboarding:Discover, negotiate with, and onboard new networks and strategic offers across multiple profitable verticals.

  • Relationship Management:Nurture deep, trust-based relationships with existing partner networks to ensure sustainable, long-term collaboration.

  • Performance Reporting:Track and analyze key performance metrics, generating data-driven reports and optimization recommendations for company leadership.

  • Compliance & Fraud Prevention:Monitor traffic streams for suspicious or fraudulent activity to ensure all network operations match corporate policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Technical Literacy:Strong foundational understanding of digital marketing infrastructure, including tracking pixels, cookies, redirects, and short-links.

  • Software Adaptability:Tech-forward mindset with a proven ability to master new marketing dashboards, affiliate networks, and tracking software rapidly.

  • Interpersonal Strength:Warm, persuasive interpersonal skills with an innate ability to build professional rapport and negotiate commercial terms.

  • Analytical Capability:Competence in tracking data trends and distilling raw affiliate traffic metrics into clean, logical summaries.

Skills Required

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, affiliate management, partnership management, or a related performance marketing role
  • Experience working with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and campaign management tools
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing concepts, including links, tracking, cookies, redirects, and attribution
  • Growth-oriented approach to identifying additional offers, traffic sources, and partnership expansion opportunities
  • Ability to learn new software, systems, and marketing technologies quickly
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
