Overview of the role:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Affiliate Junior Executive to join our Betfair International team (part of Flutter International). This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team spread across Malta, Brazil, and London, helping to drive the affiliate team’s growth ambitions across various jurisdictions.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.
Our office is in the heart of Saint Julian's business hub, housed on the 2nd floor of the eco-friendly Spinola Park building. Enjoy beach views from green terraces, relax in our games room with a pool table and ping pong, and savour complimentary snacks, drinks, and fruits.
What you’ll do:

Proactively identify new opportunities to increase presence by prospecting and recruiting new Rest of World Affiliate partners.

Ensure that all Affiliates are correctly utilising the tracking software for performance accuracy.

Communicate promotions to Affiliates across all Betfair jurisdictions.

Monitor key Affiliates to ensure they deliver all negotiated exposure, with a focus on tracking Share of Voice.

Coordinate Affiliate partner input into promotions, collaborating with internal Betfair teams.

Continuously monitor Affiliate partner exposure to detect compliance breaches.

Support the Affiliate Manager with QA checks.

Work closely with internal Betfair teams to facilitate merchandising, tangible benefits, and gifting fulfilment.
What you’ll bring:

Experience in a similar role or a strong working knowledge of affiliate marketing through work experience or education.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
-
Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

Attention to detail, with the ability to identify irregular affiliate behaviours.

Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian) is an advantage.

Commitment to ethical promotion and adherence to industry regulations.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
