Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our performance-based partnership programs. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing affiliate and influencer partners who can drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for ConnectedInvestors.com. The ideal candidate is a creative strategist and relationship-builder with a strong understanding of digital marketing and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Affiliate Program Management: Develop and manage the affiliate marketing strategy, including program structure, partner recruitment, performance tracking, and commission optimization.
- Influencer Marketing Strategy: Identify, vet, and activate influencers across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, blogs, etc.) who align with our brand and audience.
- Recruitment & Outreach: Proactively recruiting high-potential affiliates and influencers through direct outreach, industry networking, events, social platforms, and partner referrals.
- Education & Enablement: Guide and support influencers and affiliates through campaign development, onboarding, deployment, and content optimization. Ensure they understand the product, target audience, and promotional best practices.
- Relationship Development: Build long-term, value-driven partnerships with top-performing affiliates and influencers. Act as the main point of contact and resource.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with creative, legal, and product teams to develop co-branded promotions, content, landing pages, and tracking mechanisms.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (CAC, ROI, LTV), and use insights to optimize strategies and budgets.
- Compliance & Brand Alignment: Ensure all partner content complies with legal and brand guidelines and aligns with Connected Investors’ values and voice.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate, influencer, or partnership marketing, preferably in a SaaS, FinTech, or online marketplace.
- Proven track record of driving measurable business growth through third-party partners.
- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with affiliate networks and tracking platforms (e.g., Everflow, Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Meta, Google, YouTube).
- Understanding performance marketing metrics, attribution, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and hands-on executional ability.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, legal, design, and content teams.
- Passion for real estate, investing, and/or entrepreneurship is a plus.
- Comfortable with public speaking, presentations and engaging effectively on video platforms and representing the brand

The pay range for this role is $95,350.00- $127,125.00
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
