The Mental Wellbeing Director, Account Management serves as the senior leader responsible for account management strategy, client retention, operational performance, and growth for a portfolio of large, National complex clients focused on the market impact of Aetna’s Resources for Living (RFL) Employee Assistance Program solution.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute account management strategies for an assigned book of business.
Lead client discussions regarding service delivery, performance expectations, operational issues, and process improvements.
Identify service gaps, investigate root causes, and implement corrective action plans.
Oversee business strategy implementation across assigned client segments.
Analyze market and competitive trends to support pricing, underwriting, product development, service models, and sales efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, plan sponsors, providers, customers, and regulatory stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives, while supporting recruitment and retention efforts.
Partner with cross-functional teams and remove organizational barriers that impact client outcomes.
Qualifications:
Required
7 to 9 years of experience managing large, complex self-funded clients.
Demonstrated experience leading Account Management/Account Executive teams.
Ability to travel 25% - 30%.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience in Account Management leadership with EAP, behavioral health, or workforce wellbeing solutions.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
