Meet the Team:

The Airbus Helicopters Flexrotor Program offers one of the most sophisticated small tactical unmanned aerial systems (STUAS) with vertical take-off and landing (VTOL). It can be used day or night by US and allied forces for a diverse range of intelligence, surveillance, target acquisition and reconnaissance (ISTAR) on land and at sea.

Your Challenges:

• We are searching for someone who knows how to implement a program management department
• Being familiar with our industry is going to play a key role in your success
• Having knowledge with the customer bases is going to give you an advantage
• Being able to develop/farm the business we earn is paramount
• Customer relationship management is what we are about and we need someone who shares this same mentality

Your Boarding Pass:

• Minimum of ten (10) years of leadership experience in program management, engineering, or business.
• Experience in UAS industry to include land and maritime operational leadership, customer interaction, contract management, and budget execution
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience with management experience with products and/or technologies for U.S. Government, international, and/or commercial customers
• Experience with U.S. Government contracting requirements, including fixed price and cost-plus contracts
