Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage standard NU FP&A processes for key financial metrics, including monthly operating reviews, forecasts, annual budget, and long-range forecast cycle
- Support quarterly and monthly closing activities including creating DR submissions and supplemental analytics
- Deliver detailed understanding and insights on orders, revenue, and margin drivers and variances
- Drive weekly/monthly management rigor of key leading indicators for the Aero NU business
- Apply lean to implement process simplification and improvement actions across FP&A workflows, ensuring process documentation and sustainability
- Own RPO (Remaining Performance Obligation) forecasts across units, GWs, price, and margin
- Support business, HQ, and FP&A team on ad hoc requests
Leadership
- Serve as a trusted partner to Aero FP&A Leader as well as Aero NU CFO, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
- Bring structure and discipline to complex financial processes while connecting detailed analysis to broader business priorities
- Ensure leadership has timely access to accurate financial data and actionable insights for Aero New Unit business
- Effectively manage 1 subcontractor to achieve desired outcomes
Required Qualifications
- For roles outside of the USA- This role requires significant experience in Finance & FP&A Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)

- For roles in USA – bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Finance & FP&A Management.
