Your key responsibilities
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a team player with 10-12 years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager expertise along with a decent level of Front-end technology experience working on websites.
- Work directly with Key IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and provide out of the box solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, in line with a high-quality client experience, in close collaboration with the UX/UI designers and business stakeholders.
- Developing, deploying integrations specific to AEM skill to meet business requirements
- Ensuring the knowledge sharing with the team on needs and complete ownership on the task assigned to the user
- Attend Squad ceremonies e.g. daily stand-up meeting
- Support production issues, co-ordinate with respective depended team and resolve the issues on time.
Your skills and experience
- Adobe Experience Manager Expertise: Minimum of 10 years of hands-on development experience with AEM.
- AEM Stack OAK: Experience with Java 1.8, JCR, Sling, AMS, OSGI configuration
- Build and Configure: Components, templates, content/experience fragments and Workflows using Adobe CQ/AEM
- Dispatcher Configurations & Caching: Within multiple domain context
- Architectural Patterns: CRX, Apache Sling
- Web Technology Proficiency: Knowledge of JavaScript incl. jQuery, as well as HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Angular 12 (nice to have)
- Analytical and Technical Skills: High level of analytical and technical capabilities.
- Java Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of Java, J2EE, and Servlets.
- Proactive Approach: Capable of gaining insights into business objectives, anticipating solutions, and proactively engaging with business stakeholders to align technical possibilities with business needs.
- Adobe Services Knowledge: Familiarity with Adobe Managed Services or Adobe Cloud Services.
- Project Building Tools: Proficient in using project building tools like Maven and experienced in performance tuning of AEM applications. Able to build and deploy AEM Packages
- Agile Methodology: Strong understanding and promotion of Agile values familiar with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Repository Management: Experience with Bitbucket and Github

Skills Required
