The Role

The Advisor Transition Specialist is a critical and multi-functional role within Advisory Services’ business development organization.  This role provides key transition support for our existing advisor base.

Position Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the field team and act as key Head Office relationship support

  • Act as support for existing advisors during a transition at Manulife Wealth Inc.

  • Welcome program

  • Responsible for managing Business Initiation kits to be available to new advisors in a timely manner

  • Responsible for managing stationery and signage needs for advisors

  • Track activities created by proactive conversations with new advisors in Salesforce

  • Oversee and manage MFD to ID process and act as a resource to advisors transitioning from MFD to ID

  • Manage advisor relocations

  • Manage Book Buys for dealer

  • Updating policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years' experience within the industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Friendly, flexible, and able to deal with a lot of different personalities

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Background in financial services, advisor services, compliance, registration, etc. is an asset

Salary range is expected to be between

$53,775.00 CAD - $89,625.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
