What You'll Be DoingThe Advisor Marketing Manager leads a team of Marketing Associates and Marketing Specialists who support Financial Advisors, branches, and home office associates with their marketing needs. This role is responsible for developing and coaching a team of advisor-facing marketing professionals who serve as strategic partners to their assigned regions, ensuring a high level of service, strong advisor relationships, and effective execution of marketing initiatives. The Manager also identifies common advisor marketing needs and develops scalable, pre-approved marketing campaigns and resources that support advisor growth while improving efficiency across the department.
What We're Looking For- Manage, coach, and develop Marketing Associates and Marketing Specialists, providing direction, training, and performance feedback to support team growth and effectiveness.
- Ensure Marketing Specialists build strong relationships with Financial Advisors, branches, and key stakeholders within their assigned regions, serving as trusted marketing partners and primary points of contact.
- Guide team members on marketing best practices, project planning, campaign development, and effective management of advisor requests and initiatives.
- Oversee team workload, prioritization, and resource allocation to ensure timely and high-quality support for advisor and home office marketing needs.
- Identify recurring advisor marketing needs, emerging trends, and opportunities to create scalable solutions that can be leveraged across multiple advisors and branches.
- Lead the development and implementation of pre-approved marketing campaigns, coordinating traditional and digital marketing tactics to create integrated advisor marketing solutions.
- Partner with Marketing, Compliance, Digital, Brand, and other internal teams to ensure campaigns, resources, and recommendations align with firm standards and business objectives.
- Monitor advisor feedback, marketing request activity, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhanced advisor support.
- Promote adoption of approved marketing tools, platforms, campaigns, and self-service resources to improve efficiency and consistency across the advisor experience.
- Participate in department initiatives, process improvement efforts, and other marketing projects as assigned by leadership.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of marketing strategy, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Highly organized individual, capable of handling a large volume of requests and tight deadlines.
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually, depending on project requirements and scope.
- Strong knowledge of the rules and regulations governing advertising in the securities industry.
- Minimum Required: B.S. or B.A. in Marketing or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
