Job DescriptionThe incumbent will be required to understand and support Learning and Development priorities across the Bank network, facilitating blended learning interventions to build capability and maximise performance, while also supporting the central learning team in implementing effective L&D strategies to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or other related disciplines.
