Responsibilities
Manage company-provided leads while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive business growth.
Generate referrals and cultivate long-term client relationships through centers of influence and strategic referral partnerships
Present insurance proposals in a professional and consultative manner, reviewing coverages in detail to ensure client understanding and confidence in recommended solutions
Communicates effectively and professionally with clients, prospects, insurance company partners, and internal service team members through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Finalizes sales by collecting required documentation, applications, and signatures while ensuring a seamless transition to the service team.
Builds trust quickly with prospective clients by identifying needs, overcoming objections, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Maintains strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management to maximize conversion opportunities and client retention.
Prepares recommendations and coverage solutions for prospective accounts while adhering to agency policies and carrier underwriting guidelines.
Maintains a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in all client and carrier interactions to minimize errors and omissions exposure.
Maintains current knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and underwriting guidelines for carrier partners represented by the firm.
Represents the firm professionally within the community and in all interactions with clients and insurance company partners.
Identifies opportunities to improve workflow, processes, and overall business performance while contributing positively to team culture.
Meets or exceeds monthly new business production goals and performance expectations.
Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

Requirements
Active Property & Casualty License required
Minimum of 2 years of personal lines insurance experience required.
Proven sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding production goals.
Strong phone sales and relationship-building skills with the ability to confidently lead conversations and close business.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport quickly with a wide range of personalities.
Comfortable handling high call volume, follow-up activity, and pipeline management in a fast-paced environment.
Strong technical and computer skills, including proficiency with CRM systems, agency management platforms, email, and virtual communication tools.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
