About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Advisor, Human Resources, the Advisor, Human Resources (HR) is responsible for leading and assisting with broad range of HR services. You will be a key figure supporting central services and have the opportunity to build relationships with employees across diverse departments and at all levels of the business.

In this role you will:
- Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
- Create and maintain pro-active, effective, and trusting relationships with leaders and employees to provide advice, guidance, and counsel on HR matters
- Execute key HR initiatives, providing available and responsive internal employee support, and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement
- Participate in talent management activities for client group including succession planning, performance management and talent development
- Support employee development and training programs through communication, education, and recommendation of various internal and external programs
- Assist in the implementation, and administration of human resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law
- Investigate employee relations issues including employee matters and performance issues while maintaining confidentiality, consistency, and sensitivity
- Act as a key user of SAP SuccessFactors (HRIS) by maintaining and updating employee data in support of recruitment, onboarding, performance management and reporting activities
- Support and participate in the disability management process
Requirements:
- Minimum two years related human resources experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or equivalent
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent
