Maintains SCADA, PLC, HMI, historian, server, network, and data platforms; implements cybersecurity controls; monitors system health; resolves incidents; supports upgrades and projects; maintains technical documentation; and participates in lifecycle, change management, root cause analysis, and rotational 24/7 on-call support.

Collaborates with IT, engineering, and operations teams across mining technology projects.

Maintains and troubleshoots operational technology telemetry systems supporting autonomous mining equipment, sensors, industrial networks, servers, workstations, and asset health systems. Implements OT cybersecurity controls, supports audits, projects, system upgrades, network segmentation, and technology integration. Monitors performance, manages documentation and asset lifecycles, coordinates vendors, investigates incidents, supports change management, and participates in 24/7 rotational on-call coverage.
