Designs, troubleshoots, and optimizes water treatment facilities. Responsibilities include preparing mechanical and process designs, selecting and sizing equipment, conducting risk assessments and MOCs, managing projects, analyzing operational data, developing test plans, and supporting facility operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting PLC, HMI, and DCS logic; supporting control-system hardware, software, networks, alarms, upgrades, and lifecycle work; contributing to major projects; optimizing safety, sustainability, productivity, and efficiency; and documenting standards and best practices.

Supports and maintains automation technologies for mineral processing, including process automation, remote operations, HMIs, optimization, advanced analytics, process control, and operator safety systems. Troubleshoots technical issues, implements system improvements, supports major and greenfield projects, collaborates with internal and external teams, and develops documentation and best practices while adhering to safety programs.

Supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent management programs, including talent reviews, succession planning, career development, high-potential talent, diversity and inclusion, and performance management. Develops program tools, communications, governance, and leader enablement resources; manages SuccessFactors talent modules; analyzes talent data and succession risks; facilitates talent discussions and workshops; and partners with HR leaders and business stakeholders to improve adoption and organizational capability.

Leads multidisciplinary teams in safely delivering capital projects for a mining operation from pre-scoping through closeout. Responsibilities include defining scope and schedules, managing resources, contractors, consultants, budgets, procurement, construction, project governance, risks, dependencies, reporting, and operational readiness. The role also mentors team members and ensures compliance with health and safety requirements.

Owns enterprise-wide electrical governance, safety risk management, standards, permits, compliance, and the Electrical Engineering Control Plan across EVR mining assets. Leads audits, corrective actions, project stage-gate technical reviews, regulatory alignment, and complex issue resolution. Serves as the primary electrical liaison with Glencore and provides strategic oversight to site electrical leaders. The role also drives consistent implementation, change adoption, and continuous improvement across a broad, cross-functional organization.
