Entry Level Labour involves physical and janitorial duties, equipment operation, and health and safety adherence at mining operations. Extensive training is provided.

The Apprentice Partsperson manages warehouse functions including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, adhering to safety protocols, and operating warehouse equipment.

Coordinate and support water-quality R&D field projects at active mine sites, managing technicians and contractors, ensuring safety and compliance, executing sampling and instrumentation, compiling data and reports, and collaborating with operations and environment teams to develop water-quality technologies.

Provide electrical engineering support for fixed plant systems, substations, drives, motors, PLCs and power distribution. Develop preventative/predictive maintenance, lead reliability improvements, troubleshoot high- and low-voltage systems, review drawings and protection studies, support shutdowns, and perform root cause analysis to improve asset availability and safety.

Lead a team to develop long-range mine plans and optimization studies, perform pit optimization, detailed mine design, scheduling and options analysis, build economic models, integrate sustainability and stakeholder/Indigenous considerations, communicate guidance to operations, and mentor long-range planning personnel. Primarily office-based with required fieldwork.

Provide administrative support for HR training programs: coordinate new hire orientation and Training Campus sessions, manage LMS records, track mandatory training expirations, prepare materials and reports, support trainers and respond to employee training inquiries, and perform general training department administrative duties.

Provide administrative support for Training & Development at Line Creek Operations: lead new employee orientations, maintain and document training records in the LMS, develop and schedule training and CBT content, manage centralized training materials and document control, coordinate cross-department training projects, assist HR with administrative tasks, and participate in training audits and safety programs.

Design, maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems for processing facilities. Ensure code compliance, develop schematics and MOCs, support capital projects, commissioning, and improve equipment reliability alongside operations and maintenance teams.

Provide electrical engineering support for mobile mining fleet (shovels, drills, substations, trailing cables). Develop preventative/predictive maintenance, troubleshoot HV/LV systems, perform protection coordination studies, lead reliability improvements, manage asset health, and conduct root-cause failure investigations to improve safety and equipment availability.

Supervise and assign work to process operations crews to meet production, quality, safety, and environmental targets. Coordinate plant production with mine operations, engineering, and logistics, optimize plant yield and efficiency, set crew goals, administer safety and regulatory compliance, and participate in industrial relations and safety investigations. Role operates on a 4x4 day/night shift rotation.

Prepare and analyze monthly performance, forecasts, and budgets; consolidate and present financial information to leadership; coordinate month-end activities; explain and coach department heads on financial performance; support systems improvements and develop departmental policies and procedures to inform strategic decision-making.
