Designs, configures, and supports SAP S/4HANA functional solutions for production, maintenance, supply chain, finance and commercial processes in an asset-intensive mining environment. Partners with stakeholders, creates functional specs, configures modules, coordinates testing and UAT, supports integrations and releases, troubleshoots issues, provides training, and drives continuous improvement while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Lead and supervise site projects from planning through design, execution and handover. Manage scope, schedule, cost, budgets and contracts; coordinate stakeholders, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, mentor project team, and apply EVR Project Framework to deliver business-aligned outcomes.

The Apprentice Partsperson manages warehouse functions including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, adhering to safety protocols, and operating warehouse equipment.

Lead planning, implementation and reporting of the water quality Adaptive Management Plan. Manage program scope, schedule, risks, consultants, and stakeholder engagement, mentor staff, support risk management, and advance sustainable water quality solutions for mining operations.

Support internal and external communications by writing and editing content, managing digital and social media campaigns, creating digital assets (images/video), supporting events, ensuring brand consistency, and providing administrative and project coordination support for the Communications team.

Lead a team to develop long-range mine plans and optimization studies, perform pit optimization, detailed mine design, scheduling and options analysis, build economic models, integrate sustainability and stakeholder/Indigenous considerations, communicate guidance to operations, and mentor long-range planning personnel. Primarily office-based with required fieldwork.

Support accounts payable by processing and reviewing vendor invoices and statements to ensure accurate, timely payments. Assist monthly department goals, maintain vendor and mine-site relationships, identify process improvements, and adhere to health and safety policies.

Manage end-to-end competitive bidding, contract formation, administration, negotiation, and compliance for materials, equipment, and services. Monitor supplier performance and KPIs, coordinate stakeholders across IT and operations, implement contract modifications and process improvements, and resolve supplier-stakeholder issues. Travel within EVR offices and Elk Valley operations as required.

Coordinate and administer site HSE programs, supporting contractor management at Fording River Operations. Prepare and review EHSC/EPWP plans, conduct daily safety and environment audits, mentor and train personnel, ensure contractors work within approved scope, and collaborate with management and BU teams on contract management improvements.

Provide on-site HR administrative support including new-hire orientation, HRIS maintenance, benefits liaison duties, records management, reporting, and general HR administrative tasks while handling confidential information and supporting health and safety programs.

Lead the Social, Environmental, and Regulatory Approvals (SERA) for major projects: develop permitting strategies, manage multidisciplinary consulting teams, prepare and support applications, engage Indigenous Nations and regulators, align regulatory strategy with project objectives, and brief senior project governance.
