Responsibilities include team leadership, supplier negotiations, contract governance, inventory and working capital optimization, audit readiness, risk management, continuous improvement, and collaboration with operations, maintenance, finance, and central supply chain teams.

The Recruiter manages the full recruitment lifecycle, partners with hiring managers and HR, maintains applicant tracking systems, supports nationwide campus recruitment, develops sourcing strategies, coordinates career fairs and industry events, and ensures compliance with Canadian law. The role requires industrial recruitment experience, strong digital and Microsoft Office skills, a valid driver’s license, frequent travel, and effective communication and organization.
