As an Advisor, Data Enablement within the Data Asset Management (DAM) team, you will play a critical role in enabling the practical application of artificial intelligence across DAM processes, applications, and operations while also supporting broader data enablement initiatives that improve data accessibility, quality, and usability.
This role serves as the primary DAM interface to the AI Research & Development (AI R&D) team, ensuring that AI solutions are grounded in real business needs, data realities, and operational constraints. You will develop a deep understanding of DAM workflows, data assets, and platforms, and translate those needs into clear AI use cases, requirements, and implementation guidance.
Acting as the DAM lead for AI initiatives, you will work closely with AI R&D partners to ensure alignment on scope, feasibility, and outcomes, while helping to operationalize AI capabilities that improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and insight across Data Asset Management.
This role reports into Data Asset Management leadership and works in close partnership with AI R&D, technology, product, and analytics teams.
Qualifications and Education
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in data management, analytics, technology, or related roles.
Working knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and applications.
Strong understanding of data asset lifecycles including acquisition, ingestion, transformation, and quality.
Ability to translate business needs into technical or analytical requirements.
Experience working cross-functionally as a bridge between business and technical teams.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a strong, hands-on understanding of Data Asset Management applications, processes, data flows, and operational pain points to identify high-value AI opportunities.
Serve as the primary liaison between the DAM team and the AI R&D organization, ensuring clear communication of requirements and priorities.
Translate DAM business and operational needs into well-defined AI use cases, functional requirements, and success metrics.
Lead DAM-side planning and coordination for AI initiatives, including intake, prioritization, and implementation readiness.
Work with AI R&D teams to validate feasibility, clarify data requirements, and ensure alignment with DAM standards.
Under training, direction, or supervision of AI R&D, contribute to the design, testing, and implementation of AI-enabled solutions.
Support change management and adoption of AI solutions within Data Asset Management operations.
Monitor AI solution performance and recommend enhancements based on business impact.
Promote responsible and compliant use of AI aligned with governance and regulatory standards.
Support Data Enablement initiatives that drive accessibility, quality, and scalability.
