As a Content Creator, you are the voice and storytelling engine of our agency. While others focus on strategy and technical execution, you focus on creating engaging, impactful content that brings brands to life. You will turn ideas, insights, and marketing direction into compelling stories across digital platforms, helping our SME clients connect with their audiences and stand out in a competitive digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Paid Media campaigns planning, operating, setting up, managing, optimizing, and reporting
- Use marketing tools to perform and drive marketing campaigns for our clients; Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LINE Ad Platform, etc.
- Utilize digital marketing knowledge and maximize your campaign performance: Google, Facebook, YouTub, TikTok, LINE, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
- Set up performance tracking such as Meta Pixel (was Facebook Pixel), Google Conversion Pixel, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Pixel, etc.
- Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success such as Content Team, Graphic Team, SEO Team, Business Development Team, Financial Team, etc.
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Arrange an online meeting with our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Manage and present all reporting about the health of customers' accounts; monthly performance report, renewing report, annual report, benchmark report, etc.
Qualifications
- Experienced in paid media advertising at all levels
- Previous Account Executive (AE) / client service / key account service / Account Management experience
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role
- Willingness and ability to travel
