What is the key purpose of an Advertiser Solutions Engineering Team Lead?
As an Advertiser Solutions Engineering Team Lead working on the Professional Services team in São Paulo, you will manage and empower our team of Solutions Engineers that service our Strategic Partnerships business unit. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the technical success of our partnerships, ensuring seamless collaboration between our partners and internal teams, and maximizing the value we deliver to Taboola’s largest client partners.
What skills and qualifications do I need?
For this role it is essential that you have:
- 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager role
- Experience in tracking implementation methods (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, DCM)
- Experience working experience with SQL, Google Analytics, APIs and Mobile SDKs
- Experience working with Google Tag Manager and mobile measurement partners (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust, Kochava, Branch)
- Strong customer service skills and demonstrated ability to build effective relationships
- Experience managing or mentoring others in a professional setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to translate technical investigations and analysis into actions for non-technical stakeholders
Nice to haves include:
- Experience with the ecosystem of ad networks, DSPs, audience targeting and technology, ad operations and ad buying
- Experience working experience with JavaScript and CSS/HTML
What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?
As an Advertiser Solutions Engineering Team Lead you will:
- Manage a team of Solutions Engineers; deliver regular reports to management on team performance and customer feedback
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team on product knowledge, solution design, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate cross-functionally internal departments (e.g., product, engineering) to ensure seamless customer experience
- Help Solutions Engineers deliver compelling presentations and demos to clients. Gather and analyze customer feedback
- Track team performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive product enhancements; lead the team in supporting new product introductions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and share knowledge with the team
