Adventure Park Ride Supervisor


Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an Adventure Park Ride Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, cleanliness, and sanitation.


As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll ensure all attractions are operated safely and efficiently while delivering fun, engaging interactions. You’ll support the associates by leading with clear communication, providing training, and fostering a supportive team environment focused on safety and service excellence.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
  • Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
  • Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the ride manufacturer’s preventative maintenance programs.
  • Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
  • Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, and county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the associates and guests.

What We’re Looking For 

  • A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in a hotel, theme park, or related field; or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and 2 or more years of related experience.
  • Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the entertainment area.
  • Supervisory experience is helpful.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
