Job OverviewWe are seeking an Advanced Software Engineer to join our Observability team. In this role, you will help design, build, and evolve our observability platform that supports critical, large-scale systems. You will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and leaders to shape the technical direction, drive automation, and strengthen our monitoring, logging, and telemetry capabilities. You will play a key role in advancing our platform’s reliability and scalability, contribute to system architecture, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure availability of critical services.
Job Description and Requirements
Key responsibilities:
Contribute to the design and implementation of the observability platform.
Be part of a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Bring Azure experience to the table, contributing to the enhancement of our capabilities.
Contribute to system software architecture development and future plans in collaboration with senior engineers.
Work with management to set and communicate team goals and vision, ensuring the team stays focused and achieves goals, adapting to changing requirements.
Contribute to technical direction, planning and solutions – Specify non-functional software requirements and analyze all requirements to determine design feasibility within time and cost constraints to provide quality software.
After gathering relevant experience, you will participate in regular on-call shifts

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Solid software development experience (3+ years).
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Go Lang, PowerShell, C#, GitHub Actions or similar technologies.
Solid understanding of SDLC and best practices.
Experience with commercial cloud (Azure, AWS or GCP) and large cloud-native systems.
Proactive problem solver with a hands-on attitude towards debugging solutions.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience working with Agile development methodology.
Fluency in English.

Hands-on experience in Observability enablement.
Experience in Open Telemetry or other observability frameworks.
Understanding of the big data observability systems.
Ability to dive deep into technical issues and identify root causes.
Mindset geared towards automating workflows to eliminate manual procedures.
Willingness to tackle seemingly un-automatable tasks and find innovative solutions.
Experience in running software at scale.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
146,000 and 218,000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
