• Simulation Work for AC Refrigeration System
- Conduct simulations using advanced software tools to analyze refrigeration systems and heat transfer processes.
- Model various scenarios to evaluate the performance of different refrigeration designs and systems.
- Analyze simulation results and prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations for optimization.
• Take responsible for lab tests
- Conducting laboratory tests related to Stationary/MAC system test.
- Prepare testing equipment and ensure all necessary materials are ready for experiments.
- Document test procedures and test results analysis and troubleshoot issues encountered during testing.
• Identify, initiate and manage new projects for business growth by working closely with the commercial and technology teams;
• Develop new refrigerant application solution by designing test rig and conducting system/components level performance test, seek for system/components/control level optimize directions and find technical advantages than NBAs;
• Good communication with OEMs, industry associations and related suppliers on how to take advantage of the new refrigerants and avoid troubles in the application, support the new refrigerant Go-to-market;
• Communicate the progress with leadership team through stage gate process;
• Publish achievable paper and patents related refrigerant research and application;
• Communicate with global technology team regularly;
• Ensure all work is carried out under Solstice HSE policy;
• Master in Refrigeration and Cryogenics Engineering with 5+ years working experience
• OR Batchelor in Refrigeration and Cryogenics Engineering with 8+ years working
• OR PhD in Refrigeration and Cryogenics Engineering with 1+ years working experience
• Strong capability on AC thermal management system simulation, Familiarity with simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, SolidWorks, COMSOL) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of refrigeration principles and heat transfer mechanisms.
• Strong fast learning capability;
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-cultural global organization are essential;
• Virtues are required: Optimistic and positive; teamwork spirit; results-oriented; and ambitious to pursue challenging targets;
• Strong test and analysis experience will be a plus;
• Fluent in English speaking and writing.
