KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, product development, and manufacturing to integrate new technologies.

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies including automation, robotics, and process optimization
- Proficiency in manufacturing data analysis and process improvement methodologies
- Experience with manufacturing software tools and systems such as MES, CAD, or PLM platforms
- Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Experience leading cross-functional manufacturing projects
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate effectively across teams
