We are seeking an experienced and innovative Advanced Lead Engineer to take ownership of the mechanical analysis of multiple components in BGA (Business and General Aviation) Mechanical Analysis Team. In this role you will utilize your experience and expertise to demonstrate stress analysis skills as well as understanding of mechanical design of turbo-prop engines. You will have an opportunity to demonstrate proficiency in project leadership by coordinating work of few engineers, solve engineering problems of a high complexity, by taking timely actions, short-term planning, applying solid engineering principles and judgment to find optimum solutions.

This role is critical to driving advancements in aerospace propulsion systems and requires a strong technical background and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet stringent safety and performance standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Execute the analysis (structural Finite Element Analysis, hand calculations).

  • Recommend approach to meet the technical and program requirements.

  • Implement plans to achieve technical requirements, schedules and contract commitments.

  • Monitor and effectively communicate projects status, issues and significant developments.

  • Participate as a presenter in technical reviews.

Required Qualifications

  • MSc/BSc in Engineering

  • Experience relevant to indicated position (design engineer, FEA analyst)

  • Knowledge and strong understanding of Finite element Methods principles

  • Experience with commercial CAD/CAE package required (ANSYS, Hypermesh, NX)

  • Advanced FEA skills especially in ANSYS

  • Knowledge of static, dynamic and modal analysis

  • Communicative level of written and spoken English language

  • Must be independent engineer that executes with minimum guidance
