Job Summary
The HR Technology team at HCSC provides consultation on Workday and other HR application business processes and best practices for HR Center of Excellence Leaders, HR Business Partners, and Service Center teams with a focus on the employee and manager experiences. We play an essential role in leveraging best-in-class technologies to drive HR’s strategic initiatives. This role will be responsible for a functional product area, vendor relationships, and partnering closely with HR Center of Excellence Leaders to prioritize and implement solutions within the Human Resources ecosystem.
NOTE: This is a WFH role. Must be located within 250 miles of CHICAGO IL, HELENA, MT, TULSA, OK, ALBUQUERQUE, NM or RICHARDSON TX ~ relocation will not be offered; sponsorship is not available.
Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree + 12 years’ experience in HR, IT or Cloud Based Solutions OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses + 14 years’ experience in HR, IT or Cloud Based Solutions OR 16 years’ experience in HR, IT or Cloud Based Solutions
- Mergers and Acquisitions and divestiture deployment experience in Workday, SumTotal and additional HR Technologies.
- Workday Certification or equivalent experience in 3+ more Workday modules
- Project Management experience on highly complex projects
- Strong prioritization, coordination, and delegation skills
- Negotiation skills
- Lead customer teams independently
- Minimal oversight from management
- Possess ability to manage workload, manage multiple priorities, and manage conflicts with customers/employees/managers and execute deliverables as required
- Experience managing complex projects
- Experience in customer consulting
- Experience in cloud-based technologies (SaaS / IaaS / PaaS)
Experience in application configuration - Experience in application / product feature design
- Experience in supporting and stabilizing system performance management
- Experience in managing system change request and configuration prioritization
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating into technical documents
- Problem solving /analytical thinking
- Creative thinking
- Ability to execute
- Rapid prototyping

Preferred Job Qualifications:
- 4 years HRMS SaaS and/or Cloud Based experience
- Vendor Relationship experience
- SCRUM/Agile methodology experience
- Experience utilizing Alteryx for data management, analysis, and updates
- Experience utilizing IBM Blue Works Live or Visio Process Mapping
- Integrated Systems Solution Architect (spans across enterprise-wide systems)
