Responsibilities:- You will be responsible for the design of innovative seal series for our international customers in the turbomachinery sector
- Designing test setups for the qualification and validation of compressor seals
- Taking product responsibility for the standardization of seal series and further development with our customers
- Responsible technical contact person for sales, production and our customers
- Contributing to the development of innovative, sustainable and emission-free sealing solutions for the sustainable energy infrastructure of the future
- Close cooperation with international development teams
- Joint collaboration with partners, institutes and suppliers
- Successfully completed technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, fluid mechanics)
- Confident and motivated handling of a 3D CAD program
- Knowledge in the field of turbomachinery or sealing technology desirable
- Ability to work in a team and an open, communicative nature with an independent way of working
- Very good language skills in English and German
- High level of motivation and willingness to learn
- Very good communication skills and a confident appearance with customers
