Essential Job Functions:

• Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Database for various applications, including Agile, SOA, OID, Incorta, and Vertex.
• Install, configure, and deploy Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.1 and R12.2 versions.
• Collaborate with developers and users to migrate objects and code between non-production and production databases.
• Manage and troubleshoot WebLogic applications in R12.2.
• Work with the Container Database (CDB) and Pluggable Database (PDB) model.
• Apply application patches using ADOP.
• Administer concurrent managers and set up Parallel Concurrent Processing (PCP).
• Perform cloning of non-production EBS instances and core databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Workflow issues.
• Diagnose and resolve EBS and database performance issues effectively.
• Apply patches to both EBS applications and databases.
• Establish routine database backup procedures and disaster recovery processes.
• Perform database recoveries as needed.
• Develop operating system scripts to automate tasks such as backups, data transfers, and monitoring.
• Work extensively with Oracle Core DBA architecture, including backups, recovery, and performance tuning.
• Manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for database RMAN backups and EBS filesystem backups/recovery.
• Configure and support Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) monitoring.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Strong experience with Oracle Core concepts, including RMAN, Data Guard, Data Pump, and Performance Tuning.
• Expertise in Oracle EBS (R12.1 and R12.2).
• Proficiency in WebLogic administration.
• Extensive knowledge of administering Oracle databases in a Linux environment.
• Strong UNIX/Linux scripting skills.
• Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL is a plus.

Good to Have:

• Excellent troubleshooting skills, especially in Fusion Middleware (SOA) and OID.
• Ability to manage OCI services effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
