三、 新项目过程工艺开发及优化
1、 负责HV 高压产品线工艺布局设计并组织实施
2、 负责HV 高压产品线生产直接相关的设备选型及引进
3、 负责产线线平衡设计及优化，根据产量需求及时调整生产节拍，评估、提升生产效率
4、 组织编制、发放现场工艺文件及工时核定
5、 负责工具、工装的设计、发放、应用、优化及管理
6、 负责相关制造系统维护
