JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Sales Cycle Management

- Creates & executes sales strategies for ad agencies to sell the GCash Marketing Solutions portfolio

- Monitors & reports ad agency sales funnels and ensures targets are met

- Drives the entire ad agency sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales

-Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking

- Makes presentations to senior managers and decision makers

- Able to discuss basic products and services relevant to the customer

- Identifies points of negotiation and points to close deals


B. Account Management


- Responds to, acts on, and monitors the immediate resolution of partner concerns
- Resolves simple issues and customer concerns, with the help of support groups within SLAs
- Discerningly escalates unresolved or more complex concerns within 48hours except in critical cases wherein the IS should immediately be informed for proper handling.
- Establishes and maintains relationships, knowing the organization and identifying key contacts, influencers and decision makers to cover top management


C. Reporting


- Complies to management systems and requirements to submit complete and accurate reports on time (i.e. sales call plan, pipeline, key accounts performance review, accounts profile)
- Provides feedback on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers
- Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- With 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing, AdTech, and Digital Solutions Sales / Client Success.
- With previous experience in an Account Management role, preferably Ad Publisher / Digital Ad Sales / Digital Ad Account Management
- Strong strategic and creative skills, organizational and communication skills are crucial.
- With knowledge of the latest trends and standards related to AdTech and Digital Advertising.
- Must have an ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Must be creative, organized, and detail oriented.
- Team player and leader with a collaborative approach to the business by influencing and communicating effectively across cross-functional and matrixed organizations at all levels.
- Ability to communicate well in English and the local language is a must.
- With natural partner engagement skills with the ability to develop rapport and translate established partner relationships to programs that impact the business.
- With experience and passion for building great partnership programs that are unique and scalable creating a win-win situation for partners and GCash.
- With cross-functional leadership - Have the credibility and integrity to influence people within the organization; able to guide/coach Account Managers to achieve a consistent high level of performance
