Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)II. Job Responsibilities
- Participate in the planning, implementation, and execution of AI for Engineering-related projects, and assist in promoting the application of artificial intelligence technologies in engineering business scenarios, including but not limited to data analysis, intelligent optimization, decision support, process efficiency improvement, and tool enablement.
- Based on engineering business needs, participate in the design, development, and testing of AI-related solutions or tools, and assist in requirement analysis, function validation, issue tracking, and continuous optimization to improve engineering efficiency and the level of digital application.
- During project execution, maintain close collaboration with Electrical Control, Digital, PMO, and other relevant teams, and assist in cross-departmental requirement communication, information alignment, task coordination, and progress tracking to ensure smooth project advancement.
- Participate in the internal job rotation training program, learn and understand the basic work content of engineering, digitalization, and project management across different functional teams, and gradually build an overall understanding of the integration of AI technology and engineering business.
- Support the organization and output of project documentation, presentation materials, process documents, and phased summaries, and assist in forming standardized and reusable methodologies to support subsequent project promotion and replication.
- Continuously monitor AI industry technology trends and application opportunities in the engineering field, propose improvement suggestions based on business scenarios, and assist in exploring the practical value of new technologies in real work.
III. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Automation, Software Engineering, Data Science, or other related majors, with a solid professional foundation.
- Understand the basic theories and common technical applications in the field of artificial intelligence, including but not limited to machine learning, deep learning, data analysis, algorithm logic, and intelligent control, and have a strong interest in the application of AI technologies in engineering scenarios.
- Have a basic understanding of AI industry development trends and the logic of technology implementation, and be able to understand the potential applications of AI in areas such as engineering design optimization, control system assistance, data modeling, problem diagnosis, and operational efficiency improvement.
- Possess good English proficiency, in principle having passed CET-6 or possessing an equivalent level of English, with the ability to read English technical materials, industry literature, and product documentation, and complete basic written communication in English.
- Possess strong communication, expression, and collaboration skills, and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues from different departments and backgrounds, accurately understand business requirements, and drive information delivery and issue resolution.
- Possess strong learning ability and adaptability, and be able to quickly absorb new knowledge during job rotation or transfer training, proactively understand the working models and core content of different teams.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, and a certain level of project awareness, and be able to advance work in an organized manner under multi-tasking and collaborative scenarios, and complete phased goals as required.
