Ad Operations Managers at Critical Mass champion all digital deliveries across multiple channels to countless stakeholders. This is an entry-level managerial role, where you will have team members assigned to you and you will be responsible for their work. Owning yourrelationship with Media, Project Delivery, Marketing Science and external agencies will help you excel in a job requiring fast thinking, accuracy, and versatility.
You Will
- Be responsible for the trafficking process on the account you are resourced to.
- Build close-knit relationships with cross discipline team members.
- Work with external partners to troubleshoot campaign issues.
- Manage deadlines and workflow of yourself and junior colleagues.
- Assist in the implementation of the measurement and optimization pixels on the account.
- Own the quality and consistency of all deliverables.
You Have
- 3-5 years experience in advertising operations.
- Experience in leading others people successfully to perform tasks.
- Full knowledge of GMP and Social platforms.
- Have some experience with dynamic ad serving partners (DCO)
- A primary understanding of how testing gets set up.
- Enhanced skills in standard and rich media ad trafficking software for display, video, mobile, search, and other emerging channels.
- Independency. Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, while paying attention to details.
- Ability to work effectively under stressful situations and tight deadlines.
- Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and seek help when needed.
- Flexibility in a constantly changing environment.
- Strong experience with Google Marketing Platform, especially Campaign Manager 360 (core priority)
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) experience considered a strong secondary skill
- Familiarity with other social platforms (Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn, TikTok) is a plus and may open opportunities in other areas
