Purpose of Position
As an AdOps Intern, you will gain first-hand knowledge in the performance marketing channel by closely assisting our Account Management team. You will deliver an essential source of support, helping Account Managers with administrative and operational tasks, leveraging a ticketing system to process requests. Your work will be varied, and you will be exposed to a wide range of sectors and industries!
Key Tasks
- Support account management team on both administrative and operational level tasks.
- Upload and distribute marketing materials and promotions to publishers as needed.
- Support on approving and declining new publishers onto advertiser accounts and perform program audits.
- Take a proactive approach with assigned accounts and tasks, escalating issues to the appropriate team member/level when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with clients, publishers, vendors and internal teams via email, phone and Live Chat.
- Assist in the implementation and use of automation tools.
Skills & Expertise
- Related work or educational experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Organization and attention to detail are essential.
- Strong focus on processes and deadlines.
