Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Specialist with a strong background in the administration of Adobe Workfront. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience and will play a crucial role in optimizing and managing our Workfront platform. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of Workfront, implementing automation solutions, and supporting various teams in streamlining their project management processes.  

This role will be critical in helping administer Russell’s Adobe Workfront application. 

Years of Experience 

  • 5-7 years  
  • 2-3 years of Adobe Workfront Admin or similar role 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree (Computer Science/Engineering). 

  • Proficiency in Workfront customization, and automation. 

  • Experience with workflow automation tools 

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders. 

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with project teams, management, and clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable Workfront configurations and solutions. 

  • Create, test, and implement automation solutions, including custom rules, templates, and automations to improve productivity. 

  • Leverage Workfront knowledge to propose and implement system updates and enhancements. 

  • Perform day to day operations like creation and management of all work processes and settings in Work Management Tool(s) including, but not limited to request queues, project templates, custom forms and fields, layout templates, milestones, approvals, teams, groups, statuses, reports, dashboards, portfolio management, program management, and notifications. 

  • Subject matter expert on tool(s) by staying current on releases and system functionalities, with a vision on how to leverage improvements for team efficiency. 

  • Perform configuration of products and any changes needed for upgrades. 

  • Provision, manage, and audit User accounts and profiles. 

  • Collaborate with teams on work tool enhancements and configuration changes. 

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and bugs through research and coordination with product forums and technical support. 

 

Candidate Requirements 

  • Deep understanding of Adobe Workfront, including its capabilities, features, and how it integrates with other systems.  

  • 2+ years of Adobe Workfront admin experience preferred. 

  • Communication, interpersonal, problem solving and relationship skills. 

  • Highly organized, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple projects. 

  • Ability to work independently, managing tasks and projects, and demonstrated ability to follow through and accomplish work and communicate updates in a simplistic way for all level of users.
