Our primary audience includes students and professionals on F1, OPT, and STEM OPT visas who are actively seeking opportunities in the U.S. job market.
We are looking for highly motivated and target-driven Admission Advisors (Builders) who can identify, qualify, and nurture prospective candidates before handing them over to the Senior Career Advisor (Closer) for enrollment discussions.
This role is a critical part of the sales process and requires individuals who can build trust, conduct meaningful discovery conversations, identify career challenges, create urgency, and schedule qualified candidates for detailed career consultations.
The Builder is not responsible for closing sales. Their primary responsibility is to generate qualified opportunities and ensure candidates attend their scheduled presentations.
- Connect with prospective students and professionals generated through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, referrals, inbound inquiries, and lead generation campaigns.
- Conduct structured discovery calls to understand the candidate's:
- Current employment status
- Visa status (OPT/STEM OPT/F1)
- Job search stage
- Target role and career goals
- Current challenges and pain points
- Interview readiness
- Timeline and urgency
- Determine whether the candidate is qualified for ElevateMe's services.
- Categorize leads appropriately within the CRM.
- Identify gaps in the candidate's current job search strategy.
- Understand challenges related to:
- Resume shortlisting
- Lack of interview calls
- Interview conversion issues
- Communication challenges
- Technical skill gaps
- Career direction uncertainty
- Create awareness and urgency around the importance of structured career support.
- Position the value of the next consultation without using aggressive sales tactics.
- Schedule qualified candidates for detailed Career Trajectory Sessions with the Senior Career Advisor.
- Clearly communicate the purpose and value of the presentation.
- Confirm attendance and send reminders before scheduled meetings.
- Coordinate with Closers and Team Leads to ensure smooth handover.
- Ensure candidates attend their scheduled presentations.
- Follow up with candidates before and after scheduled sessions.
- Participate in critical presentations when required.
- Reschedule no-shows and maintain engagement until the candidate completes the presentation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for every interaction.
