Adminisztrációs gyakornok

Ebben a gyakornoki pozícióban a validációs csapat munkáját fogod támogatni az alábbi feladatokkal:

• Adminisztratív feladatok elvégzése (archiválás, fénymásolás) 

• Word és Excel kezelése 

• Word vagy Excel alapú táblázatok kitöltése validációs anyagokhoz 

• A Kneat dokumentációs rendszer felügyelete (előzetes tréning után)

Elvárások:

• Nappali tagozatos egyetemi hallgatói jogviszony Magyarországon belül (preferáltan műszaki, természettudományi vagy élelmiszeripari területen) - aktív státuszban

• Heti kb. 24-30 óra vállalása, előreláthatólag 2028. június végéig

• Középszintű angol nyelvtudás (a különböző rendszerekhez fogod használni)

• Pontosság, részletekre figyelés és megbízhatóság
