Coordination
• Assist with coordinating a
small field team to collect data required for compliance and reporting.
• Track progress using basic
tools and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Support with scheduling and
logistical arrangements for field activities.
2. Documentation
Support
• Help gather and organize
documentation from franchisees, including fingerprint records and exception
motivations.
• Ensure documents are filed
correctly and submitted according to guidelines.
3. Meeting and
Workshop Support
• Attend selected meetings to
take notes and record action items.
• Assist with scheduling
workshops and site visits.
• Support with formatting and
proofreading basic documents like SOPs and training materials.
4. General
Administrative Duties
• Manage diary bookings and
meeting arrangements for the CPPO and other team members.
• Maintain filing systems
(digital and physical) for easy access and version control.
• Perform general office
administration tasks as needed.
Requirements
- 1–2 years in an administrative
support role.
- Experience in a non-profit or structured
environment is beneficial
