Provide strategic financial leadership and organisational stewardship to enable SmartStart’s strategy and growth. Shape financial strategy, strengthen governance, risk management and controls, modernise financial systems, translate financial insight for executive decision-making, build funder confidence, and lead high-performing teams to ensure sustainability and impact.

The Senior Investor Engagement & Growth Manager will lead development and progression of funding opportunities, engage with donors, manage funding pipelines, and guide internal teams in proposal development while fostering strategic partnerships and relationships.

Lead design and QA of SmartStart's programme value chain: develop processes, guardrails, PQA tools, coaching and field support standards; manage Frontline QA Manager; collaborate cross-functionally and drive continuous improvement to ensure consistent, high-quality early learning delivery.

Provide hands-on operational support to ensure correct use of digital tools, reliable data flows, and visibility for programme leads. Monitor submissions and data quality, assist with data cleaning, support non-technical users, produce guidance and behaviour-change communications, coordinate frontline IT support, and help implement recognition and incentive mechanisms to encourage positive digital behaviours.
