Executes digital marketing campaigns across web, social, email, CRM, SMS, and WhatsApp channels. Manages online communities, website content, audience segmentation, newsletters, analytics dashboards, A/B testing, paid media budgets, brand monitoring, and digital reputation risks. Collaborates with communications, design, IT, suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders to optimize engagement and conversions while maintaining brand standards and responsible data practices.

Leads enterprise execution, organisational integration, operating-model evolution and performance management. Translates Board and CEO strategy into priorities, plans, accountabilities and measurable outcomes; resolves cross-functional dependencies; aligns resources and capabilities; and leads senior executives through delegated accountability. Oversees performance rhythms, decision rights, governance, organisational effectiveness and delivery quality while supporting SmartStart’s shift toward network, platform and ecosystem-enabled scale.

Leads the Office of the CEO as a strategic partner, translating executive priorities into structured decisions, ownership, and follow-through. Oversees governance, legal coordination, enterprise operations, Board enablement, institutional accountability, and global expansion readiness. Advises the CEO, challenges constructively, manages sensitive matters, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and strengthens organizational systems without becoming a proxy CEO or centralizing execution.

Provide strategic financial leadership and organisational stewardship to enable SmartStart’s strategy and growth. Shape financial strategy, strengthen governance, risk management and controls, modernise financial systems, translate financial insight for executive decision-making, build funder confidence, and lead high-performing teams to ensure sustainability and impact.

The Senior Investor Engagement & Growth Manager will lead development and progression of funding opportunities, engage with donors, manage funding pipelines, and guide internal teams in proposal development while fostering strategic partnerships and relationships.

Lead design and QA of SmartStart's programme value chain: develop processes, guardrails, PQA tools, coaching and field support standards; manage Frontline QA Manager; collaborate cross-functionally and drive continuous improvement to ensure consistent, high-quality early learning delivery.

Provide hands-on operational support to ensure correct use of digital tools, reliable data flows, and visibility for programme leads. Monitor submissions and data quality, assist with data cleaning, support non-technical users, produce guidance and behaviour-change communications, coordinate frontline IT support, and help implement recognition and incentive mechanisms to encourage positive digital behaviours.
