About the role - Mō te tūranga
As a Claims Administrator, you’ll be responsible for processing claims, managing documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. You’ll work closely with our National Administration & Claims Manager and collaborate with a supportive team.
Key responsibilities:
- Process and track claims documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams to gather required information.
- Assist in identifying freight discrepancies and damage endorsements.
- Support recovery actions and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the claims process.

Additionally, you will need:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in logistics or claims handling is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems.
