We are looking for a hard-working and dedicated Administrator to join our team within Supply Chain at our Distribution Centre in Thatcham.
About the Role
The Administrator is part of a team driving efficiencies throughout the entire logistics network. They will support the Supply Chain Planning team in the handling of query stock and support the smooth flow of goods through the warehouse.
With a commitment to our high service standards and strong customer focus, this role will be responsible for working alongside the Buying teams and internal departments to check and upload stock queries, ensuring we have communicated all required information for a smooth resolution process.
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You
As you will be using online systems in your day to day with the verifying process, you will need to be computer literate. Having background in using SAP systems would be advantageous. You must be meticulous in your approach with a very keen eye for detail. You should be able to work flexible hours and days and demonstrate the ability to adapt to the changing demands of the role. Numerical, literacy and communication skills are essential.
