Voids Administrator  

Hammersmith & Fulham

Full Time Permanent

Salary up to £28,917 per annum

About the Role: 

As an Voids Administrator you will be working Hammersmith & Fulham Council in a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. 

An Void Administrator within our Hammersmith & Fulham branch. You will be Part of a local team supporting the Administration activities and requirements to our Housing operations, ensuring that all administrative procedures are being undertaken efficiently, in total compliance with Company.  

Role Criteria:  

  • Good Understanding of working in voids properties
  • Work within a similar role
  • Good commination skills
  • Experience in a client facing role.  
  • Pervious Social housing experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office  
  • Can work well in a team.  
  • Good written and verbal communication skills  
  • Good Customer Service skills
