Role: Business Administrator - Apprentice (Level 3)
Location: Leeds, LS15 8GB (Hybrid working, after completion of training and when competent)
Salary: £9.10 per hour, plus extensive benefits

Working hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week. We work on a core hours principle. Our core hours are 09:30 - 16:00; you can work around these to suit you!

To provide administrative and co-ordinator support to the Development and Wellbeing area with the People Department.

What you’ll be doing?
· Generate accurate and timely reports within the Learning Management System (LMS)
· Carry out general LMS administration, including updating learning records and supporting users with queries
· Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders
· Support the delivery of Incentive initiatives across the business
· Assist in coordinating and promoting Wellbeing initiatives
· Welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
· Provide company tours and deliver an engaging overview of the organisation
· Organise meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes/action notes
· Create colleague feedback forms, gather responses, and collate data for reporting
· Complete general administrative duties to support daily business operations
· Ensure compliance with P2U operational procedures and contribute to meeting internal targets
· Support initiatives that maintain a fun, relaxed, and friendly workplace atmosphere
· Act as a positive ambassador for the business, contributing to an inclusive and engaging environment
Who are we looking for?
· IT literate and quick to learn new systems, with confidence using technology in day-to-day tasks
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and visitors
· Demonstrates initiative, drive and a proactive approach to work
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team
· Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage workload in a busy environment
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
· Willingness to undertake and actively participate in the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship
· GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) – Desirable not essential
· Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
