Salary: £29,300 fantastic benefits

Full-time role - Hours 40 per week

Shifts between 7am – 5pm Monday – Friday and Saturdays 7am – 3pm (day in lieu for Saturday working)

We are looking for a customer focused Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential front of house and back-office support to ensure our patients receive outstanding service from entering the clinic until after they leave.

The work can be fast-paced and demanding at times, but with the support of your colleagues and team leader, you will finish each day knowing you have made a meaningful difference to every customer.

You'll help us make health happen by:

  • Working on reception greeting and welcoming customers in addition to supporting the customer journey throughout the centre.
  • Ensuring all customers have the correct paperwork to support their visit – appointment packs (where applicable), clinical file preparation and consent forms.
  • Supporting our clinical staff by preparing client files and scanning documents, allowing them to focus fully on patient care.
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming customer queries via phone calls and proactively managing local mailbox and emails.
  • Carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly, including handling post, answering calls and emails, managing card transactions, processing invoices, and organising delivery notes.
  • Working closely with clinical colleagues to ensure client reports and correspondence are completed and sent within required timeframes.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Proven experience delivering exceptional, client focused customer service.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role; experience in healthcare is desirable but not essential
  • Strong time management skills and flexibility – you will need to adapt quickly and support different areas throughout your shift
  • Excellent attention to detail, along with solid computing skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
